Cancellation And Refund Policy

At DigiMade (digimade.in), we sell digital products such as resume templates, guides, and toolkits. Since these are instantly delivered after purchase, our cancellation and refund policy is different from physical products.


1. Cancellations
  • Once an order is placed and the digital files have been delivered (via download link or email), it cannot be cancelled.

  • If your payment is deducted but you did not receive access, please contact us at support@digimade.in with your order details. We’ll resolve it immediately.


2. Refunds
  • As our products are digital downloads, we do not provide refunds once the order is completed.

  • Refunds are only considered in special cases such as:

    • Duplicate payment due to technical error

    • Failed transaction where amount is deducted but order not received

  • In such cases, refund will be processed within 7–10 working days through the original mode of payment.


3. Replacements / Resending Files
  • If you face any issue with the downloaded files (corrupt file, broken link, missing content), we will resend the corrected product free of cost.

  • Replacement requests can be sent to support@digimade.in with your order ID.
