At DigiMade (digimade.in), all our products are 100% digital downloads. We do not ship any physical items. Once your payment is confirmed, you will get instant access to your product.
1. Delivery Method
After successful payment, the product download link will be displayed on the order confirmation page.
A copy of the download link will also be sent to your registered email address.
Products are delivered in digital formats (such as .docx, .pdf, .zip).
2. Delivery Time
Delivery is instant (within a few minutes of payment).
In rare cases (like payment gateway delays), it may take up to 1 hour.
If you don’t receive your product within this time, please contact support.
3. Failed / Delayed Delivery
If your payment is successful but you did not receive the download link:
Check your email inbox and spam/junk folder.
If still not received, contact us with your Order ID.
We will resend your product files immediately at no extra cost.
4. International Delivery
Since our products are digital, they are available to customers worldwide.
No extra charges for international orders.
